CONTRACTORS CHARGED TO DELIVER QUALITY JOBS

Contractors present at the prequalification meeting and bid opening for 2018 TETFUND sponsored zonal intervention project held on Thursday, 27th February, 2020, have been charged to deliver quality jobs.

This charge was made by the Provost through the College Librarian, Dr G.O Oyewole at the meeting. In his address, he appreciated all Contractors present saying that the College would have done more than one project but for the paucity of funds.

The Director, Works and Physical Planning Directorate while giving brief on the Project said that it was a building for the Christian Religious Studies department sponsored by TETFUND adding that it was a 2018 zonal intervention project.

Criteria for bidding, according to the Head of procurement, Engr. M.O Oyetoran, were advertised alongside the invitation. He assured that qualification result would be released in two weeks. The tender box was thereafter opened by the representative of the Registrar, Mr C.C Iwuagwu.

In their remarks, both the Contractors and members of Professional bodies appreciated the College for its transparency and openness and they implored the College to keep the good work.
